When you purchase backing tracks from Rythify, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the tracks for personal practice and performance
• Use the tracks in live performances (both paid and unpaid)
• Create recordings for personal portfolios or auditions
• Stream performances using our tracks on social media platforms

2.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the backing tracks with others
• Use the tracks in commercial recordings for sale without proper licensing
• Claim ownership or authorship of the backing tracks
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or watermarks
• Use the tracks in ways that violate any applicable laws

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, though changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

4.3 Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of technical issues that prevent download or use of purchased content. Please contact support within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Rythify, including backing tracks, graphics, logos, and text, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Rythify and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the content.

6. User Content

If you share content featuring our backing tracks on social media or other platforms, you grant Rythify a non-exclusive license to share, promote, or feature your content for marketing purposes. We will always credit you appropriately.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source files from our tracks
• Use automated systems to access or download content
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to access purchased content may be revoked.

Rythify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All content will be available at all times
• The quality will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rythify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
